- Affiliates are defined as individuals or entities who register on FOSHO Marketplace as an “Affiliate” and are approved by FOSHO. All approved affiliates are eligible to participate in the FOSHO Black Friday & Cyber Monday Reward Campaign.
- The campaign/promotion event starts at 20:00 (UTC+8), November 15, and ends at 20:00 (UTC+8), December 3, 2024.
- Approved affiliates can apply for exclusive coupons and banners for promotions within the platform by following the provided instructions.
- For registration and referrals that result in a credit/bonus, FOSHO will take up to 2 business days to review and approve the credit/bonus once the action is completed. A valid registration is one that's approved by FOSHO. A valid referral is defined as an affiliate who registers using your invitation link and is reviewed and approved by FOSHO.
- For sales bonus, only sales that took place during the this campaign/promotion event are eligible. Brands/merchants have the right to review such sales and decide to approve or void. Only approved sales will count towards the sales bonus calculation. Voided sales will not be counted.
- Sales bonus will be offered according to the following structure: $50 for approved sales over $5,000; $100 for approved sales over $10,000； $200 for approved sales over $20,000； $500 for approved sales over $40,000； $1000 for approved sales over $60,000.
- Each affiliate is only eligible to receive one sales bonus. In other words, the sales bonus will not be added together. For example, if the approved sales generated by an affiliate exceeds $5,000 but less than $10,000, the sales bonus will be $50. If the same affiliate generates more approved sales which exceeds $10,000, this affiliate will not receive the $50 bonus, but only receive the $100 bonus.
- Sales bonus will be determined after this campaign/promotion event ends, and after brands review and approve the sales. Before the bonus becomes locked for affiliates, bonus data shown is only indicative, and may change at any time.
- Credits/bonus must reach a minimum of $20 for PayPal withdrawals and $100 for bank transfers.
- All participants must comply with these Terms & Conditions and maintain appropriate conduct. Cheating or other misbehavior, such as using fake social media accounts to register in an attempt to receive more credits/bonus, will result in forfeiture of credits/bonus and/or commissions and may lead to bans from future activities, at FOSHO’s sole discretion.
- You are eligible for rewards on a maximum of eight successful referrals.
- Sales, credit/bonus mentioned in this context is in US Dollars.
- FOSHO reserves the right to terminate or modify this campaign at any time.
- FOSHO also retains the ultimate authority to interpret any and all provisions associated with this promotion/campaign.
